Tenants' Rights Class

Our weekly online and in-person Tenants' Rights class walks through the life of a tenancy from beginning to end and gives you tools to legally protect yourself. You can find the schedule for the free class and sign up at www.lacsn.org/trclass. 

Eviction Sealing Clinic

If you've ever been evicted due to circumstances beyond your control, you may need to seal your eviction record to improve your chances of finding new housing. You can attend our online and in-person Eviction Sealing clinic to find out about eviction record sealing eligibility, the court process, completing a Motion to Seal, and more. Landlord/Tenant Ask-A-Lawyer

You may also get assistance through the Landlord/Tenant Ask-A-Lawyer program. This weekly program offers free telephone consultations with a volunteer attorney to unrepresented tenants in need of legal advice on their rights.
