A complaint might be resolved with a letter, or assistance in filing a DMV complaint, or through arbitration, or a lawsuit if necessary. To apply for help, you can walk in without an appointment Monday through Thursday between the hours of 9 AM and 4 PM where you will be seen by our intake staff.
