Boyd law students present informational classes about Small Claims, Bankruptcy, Guardianship, Paternity/Custody, Family Law, Immigration, Criminal Record Sealing, and Civil Rights Restoration. They help self-represented litigants understand how to present their cases and represent themselves in court. Litigation and Trial Preparation, Payday Loans and Title Loans, and Collection Proof classes are also taught at Legal Aid Center of Southern Nevada. Family Law, Bankruptcy, and Immigration classes are available in Spanish.
