Foreclosure

Foreclosure sign in yardWe assist eligible homeowners with foreclosure related issues, including foreclosure mediation, and HOA issues. Homeowners may contact our foreclosure hotline at 702-868-1147 to request an appointment. Or come to our office during walk in hours which are Monday through Thursday from 9am to 4pm to meet with intake staff. Please bring all relevant paperwork, identification and proof of income. If you received a Notice of Default and the home is your primary residence, you may be eligible to participate in the Foreclosure Mediation Program.
