We assist eligible homeowners with foreclosure-related issues, including foreclosure mediation and HOA matters. Homeowners may contact 702-386-1070 to request an appointment or come to our office during walk-in hours, which are Monday through Thursday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., to meet with intake staff. Please bring all relevant paperwork, identification, and proof of income. You will need to complete the Foreclosure Intake Packet.

If you received a Notice of Default and the home is your primary residence, you may be eligible to participate in the Foreclosure Mediation Program.
