Foreclosure sign in yardWe assist eligible homeowners with foreclosure related issues, including foreclosure mediation, loan modifications, and HOA issues. Homeowners may contact our foreclosure hotline at 702-868-1147 to request an appointment. Or come to our office during walk in hours which are Monday through Thursday from 9am to 4pm to meet with intake staff. Please bring all relevant paperwork, identification and proof of income. If you received a Notice of Default and the home is your primary residence, you may be eligible to participate in the Foreclosure Mediation Program. We also offer a Foreclosure Ask-A-Lawyer Program on the 2nd and 4th Tuesday of every month. It is held at this office beginning at 9am to 12pm. Participants will receive a free 30 minute consultation with an attorney to discuss their rights and options related to foreclosure. Offered on a first come, first served basis.
