TENANTS: There's no state or federal eviction moratorium in place, meaning you'll face immediate eviction if you don’t take action after receiving an eviction notice. If you've received an eviction notice or order, please visit the Civil Law Self-Help Center ASAP at the Regional Justice Center at 200 Lewis Ave downtown. Other tenants with questions can connect with a legal advocate at 702-386-1070 or info@lacsn.org. For more info and our COVID-19 Legal & Financial Toolkit, click here.

Name Change/Gender Marker

We assist eligible individuals with name changes and gender marker changes. Getting a name change or gender marker change does not automatically change your name and gender marker with agencies like the DMV and Social Security Administration. For more information, see the Correcting Your Name & Gender Marker Brochure. If you want to apply for help, we have walk in hours Monday through Thursday between the hours of 9am and 4pm. You will need to complete an intake packet and meet with our intake staff. You will need to bring proof of income, a current ID, and a copy of your birth certificate (if available). For more information about name changes, visit here.
