TENANTS: There's no state or federal eviction moratorium in place, meaning you'll face immediate eviction if you don’t take action after receiving an eviction notice. If you wish to apply for our services, you must first obtain an application. There are three ways to do so: 1) by calling the hotline number and leaving your contact information to receive an application packet by mail: (702) 386-1750, or 2) by downloading the appropriate application from our website or 3) by presenting yourself at our office and requesting the application you require. Once you have completed your application, our staff will review your documentation during the following walk-in hours: Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9:00am-11:30am and 1:00-3:30pm.
