We offer legal classes, counsel & advice and direct representation with priority given to victims of domestic violence. A divorce is a legal action that terminates a marriage. In a divorce case, the court can make orders regarding custody, visitation, support, distribution of property and debt and can restore a maiden name. To apply for legal representation for a divorce case, you must first attend the free Divorce Class click HERE. In the class you will receive an intake packet and information how to apply. Bring your intake packet to our office during walk in hours, Monday thru Friday from 9:00 am- 4:00 pm to meet with an intake advocate. You can also visit the Family Law Self-Help Center located inside the family court or online HERE for court information and forms.
