Senior Issues
Legal Aid Center of Southern Nevada provides eligible seniors no-cost legal information, advice, and representation, for various legal issues.
Adult Guardianship
To learn about our Guardianship Advocacy Project (GAP), click here. GAP has been recognized nationally as the gold standard in protecting the rights of persons facing or in guardianship. We don’t accept applications for guardianship cases, as they are referred by the Court.
If you need general info or want to become a guardian, you can attend our free Guardianship class. The Family Law Self-Help Center and the Civil Law Self-Help Center can help with information and forms, which are also available online.
Social Security
Legal Aid Center offers legal representation to those who are at the Administrative Law Judge (ALJ) hearing level on their Supplemental Security Income, Social Security Disability, Overpayment, or Cessation claims. We also help individuals who need help completing Social Security Administration forms. Click here for more information.
