Legal Aid Center of Southern Nevada, a private, non-profit law firm is seeking a full time Legal Intake Advocate to screen low-income clients for eligibility for legal aid, provide legal information to clients under the supervision of a lawyer, prepare legal documents, data entry, and assist attorneys with other duties as assigned in the Family Law area. Paralegal or legal experience preferred.
Successful candidates must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced deadline driven environment, be a team player, be dependable and organized, detailed oriented, and be able to move between files/projects easily. Excellent communication and public interactions a must. Prefer bilingual candidate, English/Spanish but not required. Starting salary range is $41,000.00 to $54,000.00 depending on experience with annual increases available.
