Special Education Program

Special Education law requires that a parent, relative, or Educational Surrogate Parent have the opportunity to be involved in the education of children with disabilities and be treated as an important part of the special education process. Legal Aid Center staff provides advice, training, advocacy, and legal representation in area of Special Education to those involved in the education of children with disabilities.
