VAWA
VAWA Requirements:
1) You are married to a Legal Permanent Resident or U.S. Citizen or have been divorce for less than two years. You must proof their legal status. A social security number is NOT sufficient to continue with your VAWA application;
2) You have suffered substantial physical or mental abuse as a result of having been a victim of domestic violence;
3) You married the person in Good Faith; and
4) You are a person of Good Moral Character.

Requisitos para aplicar para VAWA:
1) Tiene que estar casada con un Residente Legal Permanente o Ciudadano Estadounidense o si esta divorcio/a y tiene menos de 2 años del divorcio. Usted tiene que comprobar el estatus legal de la otra persona. Tener solamente el número de seguro social NO es suficiente para continuar con su solicitud de VAWA.
2) Tiene que ser víctima de violencia doméstica;
3) Tiene que demostrar que se caso de Buena Fe;
4) Tiene que demostrar que es una persona de Buena Conducta Moral.
