Engelstad Donates $3.9 million
LAS VEGAS – May 17, 2011 -- The Engelstad Family Foundation announced today that it will donate $3.9 million to the Legal Aid Center of Southern Nevada’s $13 million Capital Campaign. The donation tops off a three-year fundraising effort that has seen the Las Vegas philanthropic community come together to support the work of Legal Aid Center of Southern Nevada, in spite of the challenging local economy.
