If you have received a Notice of Default and have elected Foreclosure Mediation or are about to receive a Notice of Default and want to know your options, we have a variety of resources that are available to you at no cost. Free Legal Education Classes--Foreclosure
These classes are held monthly at Legal Aid Center. Please look to the right side of the website for the class schedule.
We now have the ability to answer your foreclosure related questions at this Self Help Center. This is a place where you can go and have procedural and administrative questions answered.
Ask-A-Lawyer Program
For homeowners who have more detailed questions about foreclosures and who want to talk to an attorney and obtain legal advice about your case, we have attorneys available at the Civil Law Self Help Center at pre-determined times. Sign up at the Civil Law Self-Help Center at the Regional Justice Center at 200 Lewis Ave., Downtown, Las Vegas.

Legal Representation
For homeowners who meet certain income guidelines and need legal representation, Legal Aid Center of Southern Nevada staff attorneys or pro bono attorneys may be able to represent you. You must attend one of the free Legal Education Classes first to apply for services. Information on this process is available after each class.
